Liquid Diet Recommendation

So, liquids/pureed food is just how it's going to be for awhile. Luckily, I can have coffee still so all is not lost. I would truly be much more depressed if I had to cut coffee out.

For anyone out there with the same issue, I recommend this: http://www.amazinggrass.com/green-superfood-powder.html mixed with this: http://www.nakedjuice.com/#OurJuices/Background/MainMenu/Families/PureJuice/bottle1

Whole Paycheck (aka Whole Foods) carries both, and they also have a nifty little Blender Bottle for about $6.

  1. I prefer Nature's Way Alive! Rice Protein Vanilla for my liquidy supplements. (Vitacost or Amazon have the best deals on it) It has EVERYTHING that one could need....without the fat and fiber which those suffering from gastroparesis can't handle. Even my high energy multi-vitamins back in the day didn't have the B vitamins this does. Lots of good stuff missing from a persons gastroparesis diet... and even better, it TASTES great and mixes well. The Rice and Pea Protein is easier to digest than soy protein for me too.

I don't mind the Greensuper Food powder recommended...but I definitely prefer Nature's Way Alive.
